Customized content review and reinforcement training

Managers of those attending the Talent Development and Employee Engagement training need to — at minimum — understand the concepts in the program before they are able to reinforce them or manage to them. The reinforcement training provides executives and directors an abbreviated version of the Talent Development and Employee Engagement program tailored to their needs and positions, as well as the tools necessary to reinforce and manage the concepts.

Coaching roundtable teleconferences

Coaching roundtable teleconferences provide an opportunity for peer-to-peer coaching for managers facilitated by a coaching expert.

The coaching forum is an asynchronous communication mechanism for posting questions, suggestions, information, and replies.

Only graduates of Coaching for Talent Development and Employee Engagement would be authorized to access this particular forum.

A new coaching tip is displayed whenever the website is accessed (or the main page refreshed). These tips would be pulled randomly from a collection of coaching tips. Managers and supervisors would find the tips practical, useful, and actionable.

Employee Corner

Employees can be encouraged to visit this site as well. Here they would find the Coaching Style Inventory, Personal Development Plan, 25 Ways to Develop Your Own Career, Motivation Worksheet, and other forms which enable them to better work with the supervisor. Employees would also access tips for Coaching Your Supervisor; these tips would encourage a two-way dialogue between employee and supervisor. Employees would also have the opportunity to recognize a manager or supervisor (theirs or another's) who demonstrates effective management and coaching skills.
