Customized on-line inventory

Entelechy customizes its Management Inventory to be used as either a self-assessment or as a 360° instrument. It is provided on-line to maximize ease-of-use for participants and speed turn-around time for reporting.

Administration

Entelechy manages the administration of the 360° Management Inventory to ensure the chosen peers, supervisors and subordinates for each manager participate successfully.

Detailed analysis

When the customized 360° Management Inventory has been completed, Entelechy analyzes the results to provide a detailed management for each manager. Samples of information gathered are (nothing more after this)

Management report

For each manager, Entelechy provides an Individual Performance Report to each manager/supervisor based on the analysis of the 360° Management Inventory.

One-on-one meeting with each manager

Entelechy coaching professionals will conduct a one-on-one meeting with each manager to review their Individual Performance Report and help them outline their personal breakthrough opportunities and plans for achieving them.
