When it comes to delivery, you have several options. Some companies choose to have Entelechy facilitate the training. Our professional instructors can deliver the coaching program for you to most of your global locations.

Train the Trainer (T3)

For those companies who have an internal training organization with the skills to facilitate the Talent Development and Employee Engagement program, we offer a train-the-trainer (T3) class designed to teach instructors HOW to deliver the training.

Certification of trainers

In addition to the train-the-trainer (T3) class, Entelechy offers certification of client instructors in the Talent Development and Employee Engagement program. This process requires participants to attend of the pilot and the T3 and facilitate a class with an Entelechy certification instructor to provide feedback and certification.
