Executive level interviews and analysis

Entelechy begins and ends with the bottom line - YOUR bottom line. Through interviews with your leadership team, we identify or clarify the business goals you wish to achieve. Focus groups and analysis

Entelechy facilitates focus groups of management and non-management personnel to discover coaching challenges and opportunities from the perspective of managers and their employees. The participants discuss solutions for performance improvement and outline the unique requirements for their business.

Customized coaching programs should integrate with existing programs and processes, not contradict them. Entelechy reviews your existing programs to identify processes/procedures/content that should be reinforced in the customized coaching program.

Review of performance metrics and competencies

How are your managers, supervisors and employees measured? Entelechy reviews the performance metrics and competencies of your people as part of the performance gap analysis, to assess coaching opportunities in your organization and to identify variables that can be best used to determine ROI for the training initiative.

Analysis, Recommendations and Design Document

The result of the performance assessment is the Recommendations and Design Document which summarizes our findings and outlines our training and non-training recommendations.
