Victor Frankl on the Power of Overestimating

Victor Frankl speaks in 1972 on the power of overestimating – rather than underestimating – the potential we see in others. Frankl was an Austrian neurologist and psychiatrist as well as a Holocaust survivor. In his landmark book, Man’s Search for Meaning, Frankl proposed that the basis for survival is hope, a goal. This belief extends to us as coaches – dealers of hope and guides for our employees’ development.
